  1. Lost or Stolen Orders: We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen in transit. We highly recommend opting in to our shipment insurance program to receive a full refund if your order is lost or stolen.

  2. Address Accuracy: Orders with incorrect addresses will not ship until the address is corrected. Please ensure your address is accurate.

  3. Customer Service: If you experience any issues or delays with your order, refer to your original order confirmation email for your order number. Reply to that email for prompt customer service. If you've deleted the email, provide your order number in your inquiry to expedite the process.
